How much do most people need to be happier? A little bit more!
Take Head: Watch out
Beware: Be on your guard, Be Ready
Covetousness: Greed

We are Chasing the Carrot when what we don’t have is what we need to have to be happy or fulfilled.
GOOD NEWS, BAD NEWS
1) The good news is: You are already rich!
"Moreover, when God gives someone wealth and possessions, and the ability to enjoy them, to accept their lot and be happy in their toil—this is a gift of God." Ecclesiastes 5:19 (NIV)
2) The bad news is: You are rich! (Spiritual Disadvantages)
24 Jesus, seeing that he had become sad, said, “How difficult it is for those who have wealth to enter the kingdom of God! 25 For it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.” Luke 18:24-25 (ESV)

17 As for the rich in this present age, charge them not to be haughty, nor to set their hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy. 1 Timothy 6:17 (ESV)
Haughty: Arrogant
God gives wealth: It’s not wrong to have stuff.

Don’t feel guilty...Feel responsible!
18 They are to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share, 19 thus storing up treasure for themselves as a good foundation for the future, so that they may take hold of that which is truly life. 1 Timothy 6:18-19 (ESV)
We don’t need more of what’s temporary...We need more of what’s eternal.
Whoever loves money never has enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with the income. This too is meaningless. Ecclesiastes 5:10 (NIV)

How to live rich!
Because I have more, I will give more and do more.
Generosity Profession: God has blessed me with more than I need. I’m rich. But I will not trust in my riches, but in Him who richly provides. Because I have more, I will give more and do more.
