Esther: Secrets of Success | When Opportunity Knocks, Open the Door
Esther 4:15-8:2
July 28, 2024
WHEN OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS, OPEN THE DOOR
Esther 4:15-16
Then Esther sent this reply to Mordecai: “Go, gather together all the Jews who are in Susa, and fast for me. Do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my attendants will fast as you do. When this is done, I will go to the king, even though it is against the law. And if I perish, I perish.”
Matthew 7:7-8
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.”
GOD WILL OPEN THE DOOR
GOD WILL OPEN THE DOOR
Then the king asked, “What is it, Queen Esther? What is your request? Even up to half the kingdom, it will be given you.”
Esther 5:3
GOD WILL OPEN THE DOOR
“If it pleases the king,” replied Esther, “let the king, together with Haman, come today to a banquet I have prepared for him.”
Esther 5:4
GOD WILL OPEN THE DOOR
“Now what is your petition? It will be given you. And what is your request? Even up to half the kingdom, it will be granted.”
Esther 5:6
GOD WILL OPEN THE DOOR
Esther replied, “My petition and my request is this: If the king regards me with favor and if it pleases the king to grant my petition and fulfill my request, let the king and Haman come tomorrow to the banquet I will prepare for them. Then I will answer the king’s question.”
Esther 5:7-8
WAIT FOR THE RIGHT DOOR
WAIT FOR THE RIGHT DOOR
Haman went out that day happy and in high spirits. But when he saw Mordecai at the king’s gate and observed that he neither rose nor showed fear in his presence, he was filled with rage against Mordecai.
Esther 5:9
WAIT FOR THE RIGHT DOOR
When Haman entered, the king asked him, “What should be done for the man the king delights to honor?”
Esther 6:6
WAIT FOR THE RIGHT DOOR
Then Queen Esther answered, “If I have found favor with you, Your Majesty, and if it pleases you, grant me my life—this is my petition. And spare my people—this is my request.”
Esther 7:3

Revelation 3:20
ONLY YOU CAN OPEN YOUR DOOR
“To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne.”
