1. The Old Testament was the whole of scripture for New Testament Christians.
2. God gave the Old Testament for Christians.
3. Jesus said, "the whole Old Testament points to Me".
God is sovereign, and from the very beginning He has had a plan to rescue humanity.
* Who is God?
God is eternal, He's creator, He's sovereign - He's totally in control of everything, and He is powerful.
* Who am I?
I am made in God's image.
* Why is the world so messed up?
Because of sin
* What will God do about it?
Who is God? God is good. God is powerful. God is sovereign.
