You have heard desperate times call for desperate measures, but in reality, they call for trust in God’s faithfulness and His timing. We often decide that we know the best way to get God’s best.
We too often let our desperation determine our disposition. We allow the fear and the anxiety to cloud the truth and the vision that God has planned for us and fall into the trap that leads to destruction.
The enemy wants us to believe that we need to have everything together in order to accomplish all that God has planned and promised us.
Our God and our Savior promises that these desperate and frenzied moments lead to breakthroughs and perfection. Without these seasons we won’t achieve the blessings we were created for in Christ Jesus.
When we wait in the desperation, we learn to trust God for His provision; we cultivate our faith and we know when the next time of desperation comes, we will be sustained.
