Room is a result of rule.
The appeal is 'love'.
The message is ‘be reconciled to God’.
The ambassador is ‘you’.
Compel them to come in, so that my house may be filled…This is the goal.
Filled
Again, room is a result of rule.
They were considered rulers, but they had no kingdom authority because they lacked leadership skills and didn’t take on responsibility…hence, in their hearts they were incapable of making room…they were selfish.
But, if we’re going to fill His house we must make room for ALL.
Enlarge the place of your tent.
Help create some space, availability, opportunity, capacity for those coming into the Kingdom. Take on some leadership and responsibility. Ministry isn’t just the Pastor’s job.
Stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back.
We’re all called to help lead the flock, not just from a place of theological or educational mastery; but from living a visibly consistent, spirit-filled, life that is fully devoted to serving God and the sheep placed in your care.
Lengthen your cords; strengthen your stakes.
Help protect the sheep.
Complacency
Defend the Kingdom
Protect the local church.
We make room by ensuring that the Kingdom exists.
That the concepts of the Kingdom are known.
That the local church is protected; held accountable.
Repentance, Forgiveness, Righteousness, Truth, Justice, Love
Do not prostitute the Kingdom or the local church to the world or to politics.
