Misusing the name of God is playing the name of God, the person of God, or the word of God for your personal benefit.
Don’t attach my name to what is not from me, of me, or about me.
As long as you are dodging the will of God in the name of God, you are going to miss God.
Prayer of salvation:
Dear Lord, I come to You in my time of need, seeking Your guidance and hope. I acknowledge that I have tried to do things my way, but I now realize that I need You in my life. I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins and rose again to give me new life. I accept Him as my Lord and Savior. Please forgive my sins, and help me to follow You all the days of my life. Thank You for Your love and grace. In Jesus' name, Amen.
