Essence: A Study on the Nature of God - God is Immutable
An often overlooked, yet absolutely essential, aspect of God’s nature is His immutability. This means God never changes. In a world where change is constantly occurring, knowing that God will always be who He says He is becomes an anchor for our souls. To know that God will forever be faithful gives us hope that despite the changes that constantly occur around and within us, we can stand on Christ the solid rock.
