Take a couple of hours go to a nature park or a lake, turn off your phone and sit with your Bible and be in nature and just pray with your prayer journal open ready to hear from God, or schedule a night away for a spiritual retreat, turning off all electronics to just sit at His feet and chose the “one thing.”
