God is so rich in mercy and grace that even in the midst of His judgment on the people of the earth who have rebelled against Him. He still holds the door to His Kingdom open as long as possible for people to come to Him.
No matter what happens to our physical bodies, nothing can harm our souls when we have been sealed by God.

Look at these promises in verses 15-17:
•God will shelter them with His presence.
•The will never again hunger or thirst.
•They won’t have the scorching heat of the sun beating down on them.
•The Lamb (Jesus) will be at the center of the throne and will be their Shepherd.
•Jesus will lead them to springs of living water. (Just like Jesus told the woman at the well)
•God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.
God has so much grace and mercy and even in the middle of horrific judgment on the earth, He still gives so many opportunities for people to repent and turn away from their selfish sins and turn to Him and receive His gift of life and freedom through Salvation in Jesus.
