THE OVERCOMER’S CONFESSION
Jesus Christ is my Lord. I place my trust fully in Him. His victory over sin and death is my victory. By His blood, my sins are forgiven. By His wounds, I am healed. By His resurrection, I am free. Therefore, I overcome negative thoughts, unfair labels, ungodly temptations and spiritually dry seasons. God’s promises fill my thoughts. I am who He says I am. I can do all things through Christ. My faith grows stronger each day. I am empowered by God’s Spirit. The Father’s love defines me, the joy of the Lord strengthens me and the peace of God stands guard over my heart and mind. Jesus is King. My hope is in His return. And, He who began this good work in me is faithful to complete it. I am victorious in Jesus!
