TITLE: On Guard and On Task: Living Rapture Ready
SERIES: People of HOPE
TEXT: 2 Thessalonians 3:6-15
1. As we anticipate the uncertain future and the return of Christ, let's remain resolute in fulfilling the Great Commission. We're tasked with engaging nations coming to us and welcoming them into our church family, actively participating in God's plan of redemption.
2. Our approach to work should mirror our devotion to God. Every task, no matter how small, is an opportunity to glorify Him and to draw others to faith. Colossians 3:23 reminds us to work wholeheartedly for the Lord, not merely for human approval.
3. Maintaining a healthy balance between correction and love within our church community is essential. We confront sin with love and seek restoration, never abandoning those who stumble. Through grace-filled correction, we uphold the integrity of our fellowship and affirm God's transformative power.
