Discussion Questions - Re-read our main passage from this week (Galatians 1:11-24) and then with your Growth Group, family, friends, etc. thoughtfully answer the following:

1. How would you describe your life prior to coming to faith in Jesus?

2. Was there a pivotal moment in your life when you trusted and followed Jesus?

3. What’s the benefit of trusting in Christ at a young age vs. coming to Christ as an adult?

4. If you were to identify 3 major changes in your life because of following Jesus what would they be?

5. How does Paul’s statement that God had “set me apart before I was born” play into your concept of free will and Paul’s choice to believe and follow Jesus?

6. The time Paul spent in Arabia (3 years) isn’t really described anywhere else in the NT. Have you ever had a time of relatively no visible growth in your walk, and is it possible that this was in preparation for what God was going to do in your life?

7. How have you seen the principle of “demonstrated change over time” as an important factor in your spiritual life?
