4. What does “living in the flesh” versus “living in the Spirit” mean to you? How does this play out practically in your life?

5. What does it mean practically to let the Holy Spirit control your mind on a daily basis? Can you share an example of a time when you felt the Spirit guiding your thoughts or actions?

6. (Read Galatians 6:8) What are some practical steps or habits you can adopt to feed your spirit rather than your flesh, especially in moments of temptation or stress?
