This celebration demands an explanation, the people cried out; WHO IS THIS?

Jesus is the son of David; this speaks on his natural lineage and His Kingship. He is the King of Kings and His kingdom will have no end.

Jesus is the Son of Man; this speaks of his humanity and his authority to redeem mankind. He is our kinsman redeemer.

Adam’s sin caused all men to be slaves to the curse of sin and death and only a man (Jesus) could redeem us from the curse of sin and death.

Jesus is the Son of God; this speaks of His divinity and sovereignty. He is Lord of Lords and Savior of the world.

Jesus saves us from our sins, but he also saves us from the wrath of God that will be poured out on those who reject His Sonship.
