Encounters With Jesus - the Donkey’s Colt
This Sunday, Anthony will be continuing our Encounters series with his message on Pilate... Anthony says, "We have been looking through the Gospels, exploring some of the Encounters Jesus had with different people. I hope you have been both encouraged and challenged through these encounters. I pray that we will continue to encounter Jesus in our day-to-day lives. Sunday is an important Sunday on the Christian Calendar, the Sunday before Easter. We refer to it as Palm Sunday, where we reflect on Jesus' entrance into Jerusalem, focused on the Cross. So, what encounter will we be looking at on Palm Sunday? In its purest sense, it's probably not a conventional encounter as such. In fact, it's with a Donkey. However, we will be surprised by what we can learn from this donkey. See you Sunday!!!"
