Today @EagleLifeChurch, we continue our new year sermon series, "Ascend," in Psalm 133. 🪜🧗🏼 This year, we invite you to ascend above the evil in this world and in ourselves. From psalms 120-134, we will explore the meaning of the psalms of ascent.📈✝️🚶🏼 🖤🤍From the strong contrasts drawn between the outside world and Jerusalem by the pilgrims ascending to the holy city, we will find hope in our heavenly Father who shields us from evil and destruction. Today, we learn about unity with our brothers and sisters in the body of Christ. From its refreshing nature to its effects on others, we will understand how to unite as one body and leave behind our quarrels with one another. 👨👩👧👦🚫😠
