Do Not Be Anxious [Sunday, February 4, 2024] Greg Burlile
Reasons to Not be Anxious
1: Life is about more than our material needs (vss. 22-23)
1: Life is about more than our material needs (vss. 22-23)
2: If God provides for the birds, He’ll certainly take care of your needs (vs. 24)
3: Worrying doesn’t accomplish anything (vss. 25-26)
4: If God clothes the lilies of the field, He will certainly take care of your needs (vss. 27-28)
5: When we are anxious about our basic needs, we are demonstrating a lack of trust in God (vs. 28)
6: Those who don’t have a relationship with God worry about these things, but God knows what His children need (vss. 29-30)
Seek the Kingdom of God instead of being anxious about these things. If you do, you get the Kingdom and all these things (vs. 31)
God is going to give us the Kingdom and all we need, so we can live generous lives and show our focus is on Him and His priorities (vss. 32-34)
