All end-time events are rooted in redemption, the great tribulation sets in motion God’s final redemption for the Jews, the nation of Israel, the city of Jerusalem, and the whole world.
Jesus, as the Lamb of God, offered Himself as the Passover lamb, establishing what we call communion. Through communion, we remember His death, the price he paid for our salvation. Communion is also a reminder that we too, must suffer with him.
Jesus, the Lamb of God, will invite those who are born again to the marriage supper of the Lamb. This meal is a celebration of what is to come. Sealing our eternal salvation and redemption as the bride of Christ. The marriage supper is a celebration that we will reign with Him.
Jesus, as the Lamb of God, established the kingdom of God within us. His spiritual kingdom reigns and rules in and through those who are born again. We are catalysts for His kingdom.
Jesus, the Lamb of God, will establish the kingdom of God upon the earth. This is called the millennial reign. For 1000 years, He (and we) will rule the earth with a rod of iron. His kingdom will come, and his will, will be done on earth as in heaven.
Jesus, the Lamb of God, will usher in the great white throne judgment for all those who have rejected Jesus, and the judgment seat of Christ for Christians. He will also create a new heaven and a new earth.
