2nd Mile Christianity - Carlo Casaleggio
In Matthew 5, Jesus deals with one of the hardest subjects that we all have to contend with at some stage or another – revenge. No matter who we are, there comes a day in our lives where we desire or plan to take revenge on someone else who has done us wrong. But Jesus also calls us to be second-mile Christians – to go the extra mile for someone else. That extra mile may differ from person to person, but in every one of our lives, there comes that challenge. Not only by our attitudes, but by our actions. We know precisely in our lives when God challenges us to be second-mile Christians – even at the times it doesn’t suit us.
