1.We, as adults and parents, have to be taught and we have to understand the Word to be able to teach our children and others the Word of God.
2.Our children must see us observing God’s Word and following it.
a.It’s easy to talk about God but if we aren’t following Him ourselves, our children will see it clearly as they see so much of what we do.
3.We have to teach our children the truth of God and to respect Him and revere Him.
4.God’s Word should be on our own hearts.
5.As we follow God, we are to impress His Word into our children.
a.We should talk about God’s Word throughout the day every day and also place them around our households as visible reminders of Who we follow and serve.


Psalm 127:3-5a - Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him. 4 Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one's youth. 5 Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them.

As followers of Christ, our success isn't determined by the world standards, our success is determined by the standard of God’s Word.
