Change occurs as a result of consistent choices that align themselves with your intended outcome.

What you focus on you will hit:
VIM = Vision, Intention, Means to Change
1.Vision: Get a vision of what you want life to be like because of the changes you are making.
Nehemiah 8:10 (ESV)

Don’t be a casualty of the change you refuse to make.

2. Intention: The decision that says “I am going to change”.
Intention speaks to taking action now.
Daniel 1:8

3. Means to Change: The way to accomplish what we say we are going to do.
Having intentions without means will leave you accomplishing very little in regards to your desired outcome.
#1 Remind yourself often that God is on your side.

"for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good
pleasure."
#2 Embrace the resources you need to make the changes you desire.
#3 Surround yourself with people who are experiencing the life you desire.
