God doesn’t play favorites, Jesus didn’t play favorites, and we aren’t supposed to play favorites.

If we say we have faith in Jesus, then our faith will automatically show in how we act.

Luke 6:43-46 - (43) No good tree bears bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit. (44) For each tree is known by its own fruit. Indeed, figs are not gathered from thornbushes, nor grapes from brambles. (45) The good man brings good things out of the good treasure of his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil treasure of his heart. For out of the overflow of the heart, the mouth speaks. (46) Why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ but not do what I say?


Many times, we are asking God to do what God wants us to do directly.

When we pray for God to do something there is a very real chance that we may be the ones to fulfill our own prayer request, and God demands that we consider that possibility.

There is a huge difference between belief and saving faith!

Just like Abraham, we are called to put our faith into action steps. If we truly trust God, our actions should show it!

No one is moved to action without faith; no one’s faith is real unless it moves them to action. The action is obedience to God.

Are we acting on what we say we believe in?

Do we trust Jesus with our daily lives as much as we say we trust Him with our eternal lives?
