The Story – Separation

Sin separates us from God.
God is writing His story in you, for the sake of the world,
and for the glory of His great name.


Sin separates us from God because it seeks autonomy and independence.
(Gen 3:5-6, Gen 1:26, Psalm 51:1-3)


Sin separates us from God because God is holy.
(Ex. 15:11, Psalm 77:13, Lev. 19:2, Gen. 3:22-24)


All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
(Rom. 3:23, Rom. 6:23)


We gain much more in Jesus than we lost in Adam.
(Rom. 5:15-17, Rom. 3:23, Rom. 6:23)
