7. Proverbial Warnings: Don't be lazy. Consistenly work hard. Don't borrow too much. Don't lend too much. Plan ahead and save for what you will need. Don't be a workaholic. Integrity matters. Righteousness is a better blessing.
8. Biblical wisdom regarding money leads to 4 realities:
1st reality- We practice and prioritize good management of God's resources (money and stuff)
2nd reality- A clear understanding of ownership gives us a path and direction to experience God's blessing in both giving and receiving.
3rd reality- engaging and applying leads to personal change (righteousness)
Aligning our heart and views on money with God's Word is essential in our discipleship process.
4th reality- Money managed properly, both represents and reflects God's attributes bringing worship to Him.
