ALL CREATURES OF OUR GOD AND KING

[Verse 1]
All creatures of our God and King,
Lift up your voice and with us sing.
O praise Him! Alleluia!
Thou burning sun with golden beam,
Thou silver moon with softer gleam,
O praise Him, O praise Him!
Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!

[Verse 2]
Let all things their Creator bless,
And worship Him in humbleness,
O praise Him! Alleluia!
Praise, praise the Father, praise the Son,
And praise the Spirit, Three in One,
O praise Him, O praise Him!
Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!

[Verse 3]
All the redeemed washed by His blood,
Come and rejoice in His great love.
O praise Him! Alleluia!
Christ has defeated every sin.
Cast all you burdens now on Him.
O praise Him, O praise Him!
Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!

[Verse 4]
He shall return in power to reign.
Heaven and earth will join to say:
O praise Him! Alleluia!
Then who shall fall on bended knee?
All creatures of our God and King.
O praise Him, O praise Him!
Alleluia! Alleluia!
O praise Him, O praise Him!
Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!

HOW FIRM A FOUNDATION

[Verse 1]
How firm a foundation, ye saints of the Lord,
Is laid for our faith in His excellent Word!
What more can He say than to you He hath said,
To you who for refuge to Jesus have fled?

[Verse 2]
“Fear not, I am with thee; O be not dismayed,
For I am thy God, and will still give thee aid;
I’ll strengthen thee, help thee,
And cause thee to stand,
Upheld by My righteous, omnipotent hand.”

[Verse 3]
“When through fiery trials thy pathway shall lie,
My grace, all-sufficient, shall be thy supply;
The flame shall not hurt thee; I only design
Thy dross to consume, and thy gold to refine.”

[Verse 4]
“The soul that on Jesus hath leaned for repose
I will not, I will not desert to his foes;
That soul, though all hell should endeavor to shake,
I’ll never, no never, no never forsake!”

SOVEREIGN OVER US

[Verse 1]
There is strength within the sorrow.
There is beauty in our tears.
And You meet us in our mourning
With a love that casts out fear.
You are working in our waiting.
You’re sanctifying us.
When beyond our understanding,
You’re teaching us to trust.

[Chorus]
Your plans are still to prosper,
You have not forgotten us.
You’re with us in the fire and the flood.
You’re faithful forever, perfect in love,
You are sov’reign over us.

[Verse 2]
You are wisdom unimagined.
Who could understand Your ways?
Reigning high above the heavens,
Reaching down in endless grace.
You’re the lifter of the lowly,
Compassionate and kind.
You surround, and You uphold me,
And Your promises are my delight.

[Chorus x2]
Your plans are still to prosper,
You have not forgotten us.
You’re with us in the fire and the flood.
You’re faithful forever, perfect in love,
You are sov’reign over us.

[Bridge x2]
Even what the enemy means for evil,
You turn it for our good,
You turn it for our good and for Your glory.
Even in the valley, You are faithful.
You’re working for our good,
You’re working for our good and for Your glory.

[Chorus]
Your plans are still to prosper,
You have not forgotten us.
You’re with us in the fire and the flood.
You’re faithful forever, perfect in love,
You are sov’reign over us.

[Ending]
You’re faithful forever, perfect in love,
You are sov’reign over us.

IN CHRIST ALONE (PASSION)

[Verse 1]
In Christ alone my hope is found,
He is my light, my strength, my song;
This Cornerstone, this solid Ground,
Firm through the fiercest drought and storm.
What heights of love, what depths of peace,
When fears are stilled, when strivings cease!
My Comforter, my All in All,
Here in the love of Christ I stand.

[Verse 2]
In Christ alone! Who took on flesh
Fullness of God in helpless babe!
This gift of love and righteousness
Scorned by the ones He came to save:
Till on that cross as Jesus died,
The wrath of God was satisfied
For every sin on Him was laid;
Here in the death of Christ I live.

[Verse 3]
There in the ground His body lay
Light of the world by darkness slain:
Then bursting forth in glorious Day
Up from the grave He rose again!
And as He stands in victory
Sin’s curse has lost its grip on me,
For I am His and He is mine
Bought with the precious blood of Christ.

[Verse 4]
No guilt in life, no fear in death,
This is the power of Christ in me;
From life’s first cry to final breath.
Jesus commands my destiny.
No power of hell, no scheme of man,
Can ever pluck me from His hand;
Till He returns or calls me home,
Here in the power of Christ I’ll stand.

[Bridge]
In find my strength, I find my hope,
I find my help in Christ alone.
When fear assails, when darkness falls,
I find my peace in Christ alone.
I give my life, I give my all,
I sing this song to Christ alone.
The King of kings, the Lord of all,
All heaven sings to Christ alone!

[Turn]
To Christ alone! In Christ alone!

[Tag]
‘Til He returns or calls me home,
Here in the power of Christ I’ll stand!
Here in the power of Christ we stand!

TURN YOUR EYES UPON JESUS

[Verse 1]
O soul, are you weary and troubled?
No light in the darkness you see?
There’s light for a look at the Savior,
And life more abundant and free!

[Chorus]
Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face,
And the things of earth shall grow strangely dim
In the light of His glory and grace.

[Verse 2]
Through death into life everlasting
He passed, and we follow Him there;
O’er us sin no more hath dominion—
For more than conq’rors we are!

[Chorus]
Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face,
And the things of earth shall grow strangely dim
In the light of His glory and grace.

[Verse 3]
His word shall not fail you—He promised;
Believe Him, and all will be well.
Then go to a world that is dying,
His perfect salvation to tell!

[Chorus]
Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face,
And the things of earth shall grow strangely dim
In the light of His glory and grace.

EVERY STEP

[Verse 1]
I can sing with my whole heart, I have all I need.
In Jesus, my Savior, my joy is complete.
Onward to glory, yet here I will wait.
I will trust in Christ every step I take.

[Verse 2]
I am sure of Your promise to guide me each day.
Though some may oppose me, I won’t be ashamed.
Whatever I face, Lord, it won’t be in vain.
I will trust in Christ every step I take.

[Chorus]
For all of my days I will live for Your glory,
Running with courage and faith.
The prize of my journey, the joy of salvation,
To meet my King face to face.

[Verse 3]
So, I’m looking to Jesus, perfector of faith.
My heart set on heaven where treasure awaits.
I’ll run with endurance to finish the race.
I will trust in Christ every step I take.

[Chorus]
For all of my days I will live for Your glory,
Running with courage and faith.
The prize of my journey, the joy of salvation,
To meet my King face to face.

[Bridge x2]
I will, I will rejoice.
Whatever comes my way, God,
You’re faithful to save.
I will, I will rejoice.
I know that God is with me always.

[Chorus]
For all of my days I will live for Your glory,
Running with courage and faith.
The prize of my journey, the joy of salvation,
To meet my King face to face,

[Ending]
To meet my King face to face,
To meet my King face to face.
