Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for Your statues. Lord help me to hold fast to Your ways because they protect me and keep me from danger. Thank You for increasing my understanding as I can see Your hand in this life.

TUESDAY: Summer Sailing
Reading: Jonah 1:1-3
Prayer: Dear Lord, thank You for Your word which shows real examples of people who struggled. Lord sometimes I find myself trying to run from You also. When I feel the call is too much or too great I may feel like giving up and running away. But You continue to pursue me no matter where I go. Thank You Lord for never giving up on me.

Prayer: Dear Lord help me to walk by the Spirit. Lord I want to be kept in Your ways and not stray. Teach me, Lord how to stay in relationship with You so that I am loving my neighbor as myself. I want to follow Your ways so I will step out in courage and in faith to tell others about what You have done for me.

Prayer: Dear Lord thank You for watching over me in this world. Lord help me to continue to follow You even when the way may seem dim. Lord I want to trust in Your name and rely on You in such a way my friends and neighbors ask where my hope comes from. I love You Lord!

FRIDAY: Summer Sailing
Reading: Hebrews 13:8
Prayer: Thank You Lord! No matter how many choices I make for myself Your word tells me You never change. Lord if You love me today You will love me tomorrow and I can put my faith and trust in You! Thank You for always being with me and desiring Your best for my life. Lord help me to make righteous choices because I know I can trust in You.

Prayer: Dear Lord You loved me even before I knew You. And Lord You love my neighbors and family even while they may not know You still. Thank You Lord for Your grace and compassion in my life. Lord I know I may not always make right choices and sometimes my heart may fail me, but I can trust in You! Lord You are always there and Your faithfulness is incomparable to anything else in this world! I love You Lord!
