A. Elohim - God is the Creative Author of the Universe.
1. God always was and is, and always will be.
“In the beginning God…” Genesis 1:1a (NIV)

2. God is the divine Architect and Contractor.
“God created the heaven and the earth.” Genesis 1:1b (KJV)

3. God is Three in One.
B. Elohim - God is The Creative Author of Humanity.
1. God created us to steward the rest of His creation. (Genesis 1:26)
2. God created us to give Him worship.
3. God created us to obey His commands.
4. God created us to show His love to others.
2. Make disciples
1. God is Elohim; therefore, you can know that you were created for a purpose.
2. God is Elohim; therefore, you can know He is delighted in you.
3. God is Elohim; therefore, you can know you are an expression of His glory through Jesus Christ.
4. God is Elohim; therefore, you can know you are to point your life towards Him.
Bottom Line: God is the Creative Author of everything.
