One of the greatest blessings is the ability to communicate with a holy and loving God. However, that communication can be challenging at times. What do we pray? How do we pray? Join us today as we lean into a biblical prayer that, when you pray it for others, you invest in the Kingdom of God.
PRAYER is the POSTURE of our RELATIONSHIP with God through CHRIST (3:12-13)
1. They will be STRENGTHENED from the HOLY SPIRIT (3:16-17)
2. They will be ROOTED and GROUNDED in LOVE (3:17)
3. They will COMPREHEND and KNOW the LOVE of Christ (3:18-19)
4. They will be FILLED with the fullness of LIFE and POWER that comes from God ALONE (3:19)
1. PRAY for others
“I pray that from his glorious and unlimited resources he will give you mighty strength through His Holy Spirit, And I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts as you trust in Him. May your roots go down deep into the soil of God’s marvelous love. And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love really is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is so great you will never fully understand it. Then you will be filled with the fullness of life and power that comes from God.” - Ephesians 3:16-19 (NLT)
