It is really hard to live in new behaviours, when our thoughts are still playing to the same old destructive soundtracks.

Our thoughts aren’t neutral but shape and frame how we see things.

IDENTITY
When they think of themselves, people see themselves in damaged, distorted, flaw-filled, failure-emphasizing ways and this becomes our identity.

If you know Christ, you are holy and pure not damaged and deformed

Yes, we are called to be holy, to live into holiness, and to pursue holiness, but we do that because it is already who we are

Our Value: You are loved, wanted, and valued by God.

There is an idea that things will only and always get worse

That there is nothing in your life that would not be better without the voice of fear directing, shaping, and guiding it

The soundtrack of fear says: Fear is in charge, not God!

You are loved
Goodness and grace are pursuing you
