- Anything that substitutes false battles (like do not handle/taste/touch) with the real struggle with sin, which Christ has already won;
- Anything that elevates our feelings over the truth of Christ’s work in us;
- Anything that places more importance on divine intermediaries (like angels) than on Christ;
- Anything that cuts people off from Christ, the Head, or Christ’s people, the body.
