1) LISTEN........To constructive criticism
-When a person’s motive is to help not hurt.
-When a person has the ability to help. (Skills & Resources)

To develop we have to be open to constructive criticism in
order for us to achieve our highest potential.

2) ANSWER criticism.
-When the person is missing information that could change their perception.

-When it’s the right time to answer.
Right time for them. Right time for you.

-When the person is open to change.

3) DISMISS Invalid criticism
-When a person is characterized by being overly critical.

-When a person is emotionally unhealthy or wounded.
