Jesus sees me.

(Mark 8:22-26) They came to Bethsaida, and some people brought a blind man and begged Jesus to touch him. 23 He took the blind man by the hand and led him outside the village. When he had spit on the man’s eyes and put his hands on him, Jesus asked, “Do you see anything?”24 He looked up and said, “I see people; they look like trees walking around.”25 Once more Jesus put his hands on the man’s eyes. Then his eyes were opened, his sight was restored, and he saw everything clearly. 26 Jesus sent him home, saying, “Don’t even go into[a] the village.”

Jesus Takes Us …

Restored Vision …

1. Stay connected to people. (V22)

(Hebrews 10:25) Some people have given up the habit of meeting together for worship, but we must not do that. We should keep on encouraging each other, especially since you know the Day of the Lord’s coming is getting closer. (CEV)

(Proverbs 17:17) “A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.”

2. Stay committed to the journey. (V23, 24)

(James 4:8) “Come near to God and He will come near to you.”


(Jeremiah 6:14) They dress the wound of my people as though it were not serious.‘Peace, peace,’ they say,when there is no peace.

3. Stay clear of the pitfalls. (V25, 26)

(Mark 8:26) Jesus sent him home, saying, “Don’t even go into[a] the village.”
