Our eyes pull us in many directions. The lust of the eyes is the sinful desire to possess what we see or to have those things which have visual appeal. This coveting of money, possessions, or other physical things is not from God, but from the world around us.

To guard your heart, you need to check the inputs of your life. Without the right inputs, your outputs will be a problem.

I will guard me from me by protecting my inputs.

I will guard me from others by guarding access to my heart.

Relational access must be guarded like so many other areas in our life.

Healthy people who desire healthy relationships know how to be responsible with the access you give them.
