Easter Sunday
On Easter Sunday, April 9th, we will have a SonRise Service at 8:30 a.m. in the courtyard, with a flower cross outside. If you would like to bring cut flowers to add to the cross, we will be placing them before the 8:30 service. We will have our 9:00 a.m. classes, 10:00 a.m. coffee and pastries, and our 10:30 Worship Service as usual, in the worship center. Invite your friends and neighbors!
GPS
GPS Children’s Program every Tuesday! Our GPS Children’s Program will be held Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m., here at 123 Arlington Avenue. Through teaching, music, and games, the kids age 3 and up learn about the Gospel, God, the Bible, and having good relationships with Jesus Christ and with others. We all need some direction in our lives today - especially our children. To volunteer, see Mark Foster.

These questions are provided for your further study and application of today’s sermon. Thoughtfully writing out the answers to these questions will help to drive home the truths we are learning.
1. Was there any passage of scripture or statement in the message today that was particularly meaningful or applicable to you?
2. Read John 10:1-5 and John 12:32-36. We’re familiar with Jesus’ analogies of the shepherd’s voice calling to the sheep and the light illuminating the path. Scripture is clear that it is God who draws us to Jesus. What did He use to quicken your interest, hold your attention, and make you realize your need to repent and turn to Him?
3. Read Acts 26:14. To “kick against the goads” is a picture of livestock fighting the prompting of its owner. Paul had been fighting against the drawing of the Holy Spirit to Jesus. Was that your experience? Do you know people who know the Gospel yet refuse to surrender? How would you describe them?
4. Read Isaiah 40:4-11. How does this familiar passage help you see that God’s work in Christ is, and will be, the ultimate and practical solution to all our problems?
5. Read Matthew 6:26-34. How can our daily confidence in Christ and His coming kingdom distinguish us from those who don’t have it?
6. Read 1 Timothy 3:16. How do simply stated passages like this motivate you to be a better student of the person and work of Christ?
