Agreeableness
a personality trait manifesting itself in individual behavioral characteristics that are perceived as kind, sympathetic, cooperative, warm, frank, and considerate.

Agreeableness is like the oil, that stops the engine of relationships from freezing and seizing.

A lack of agreeableness looks like:
- An over-aggression to engage in conflict
- A lack of genuine curiosity about someone else
- A lack of care around the time and place to have crucial conversations

You can tell whether someone is mature in Christ by whether or not they are consistently kind, agreeable, gentle, and harmonious.

Many of us care more about our positions than we care about people and working for peace.

Tue maturity is knowing when to, and having a willingness to, just let things go, and having a willingness

A lack of curiosity, actually reveals a lack of agreeableness.

We let conflict find us, and choose us, rather than us choosing the time, place, and posture to address things.
