Loneliness is something that can happen to us. Regardless of demographics, people can experience loneliness for a season or longer periods of time. But Jesus gets us. He was betrayed, someone close to him denied knowing him, he was misunderstood, and was forsaken on the cross. He not only gets our loneliness, he did something about it. He restored our relationship with Him and through His Spirit promises to be with us and in us.
