The Promise Of The Spirit

This Sunday we’re looking forward to hearing from Youth Pastor Jason Brooks, whose message is entitled The Promise of the Spirit, from Joel 2:28-29.  Jason says; “Easter is nearly upon us! The prophet Joel writes of one of the greatest events that was to occur in human history. A time when the Spirit of God will be poured out on His people and “whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved”. He says, “your sons and daughters will prophesy, the elderly will dream dreams and the young men will see visions”. In this season, I believe we should be ever aware of the great things God has done in the past, present and coming future. Whatever stage of life we are at, whatever comes along our path, we can trust, hope, and anticipate that we will hear from the true and living God.”
