Jesus is Betrayed and Denied - Luke 22:47-62
I think most of us would say that we would never betray Jesus, but as we follow Jesus’ path to the tomb, we witness those that were closest to Jesus do sinful and hurtful actions against Him. For one man, his horrific actions were a betrayal to Jesus and his friends. For the other man, he denied being affiliated with His savior that he claimed to love and call his friend. Why did Christ have to suffer so much? What can be learned from the treachery done to Christ at the hands of His friends? Join us this Sunday as continue the path to the tomb.
