WE ARE SANCTIFIED AND GLORIFIED by TRUSTING IN HIM.

QUALIFIED
- from among the people
- appointed by God
- camaraderie leading to empathy
- tempted
- position is bestowed, not taken

JESUS IS QUALIFIED.
- came as a human
- chosen by God
- tempted, but without sin
- served in humility

JESUS' SACRIFICE IS VERIFIED
- his suffering was righteous
- his suffering was perfect
- he is the source of "eternal salvation"

DEMANDS ON US:
- obey him
- hold firmly to faith
- approach the throne of grace boldly when tempted/in need

WE RECEIVE:
- eternal salvation
- access/relationship with God
- mercy
- grace and help
