We encourage you to decide in your heart how much you should give during this time, and then offer it cheerfully to the Lord as an act of worship. In all of this we want to be an Acts 4 kind of church: Now the full number of those who believed were of one heart and soul, and no one said that any of the things that belonged to him was his own, but they had everything in common. And with great power the apostles were giving their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all. There was not a needy person among them, for as many as were owners of lands or houses sold them and brought the proceeds of what was sold and laid it at the apostles' feet, and it was distributed to each as any had need. (Acts 4:32–35 ESV)

1. How well do you know the situation of others in your Gospel Com-
munity? What are their particular sufferings, temptations to sin, and
patterns of abiding in Christ? Make some commitments to get to
know them more.

2.How often are you interacting with others from our church? What
steps could you take to increase meaningful interaction for the sake
of daily perseverance?

3.Considering the situations of the people in your Gospel Community,
who can you “counsel” (speak gospel truth) to this week? What
“package” should you deliver that counsel in?
