we need to be redirected back to the only real solution there is, and His Name is Jesus.

Wake up, Clean up, and Dress up

Paul’s defense was simply his testimony

Too many times we are too ashamed to share our testimonies because of our past mistakes but the change from who we used to be to who we are now is the true testimony of what Jesus has done in our lives.

Our testimonies should consist of:

•Who we were before we met Christ

•How we met Christ

•How meeting Jesus changed our lives

•How we are following Him today and want others to experience His salvation

“Why should any of you consider it incredible that God raises the dead?” (vs 8)

If you really believe in God, that He created the universe, that He created the Heavens and the Earth and us, if God can do that…why would we not believe He could raise Jesus from the dead?

o“to open their eyes” – Wake Up

o“turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God” – Clean up

o“so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me” – Dress Up or Clothe themselves with Jesus

“I preached that they should repent and turn to God and demonstrate their repentance by their deeds.” (v 20)

•Repent – turn away from our old way of life

•Turn to God – ask for forgiveness and Follow Jesus

•Demonstrate repentance - by our walk and works.

Most people have made up their minds about who they think God is or want God to be and they have molded God into their image instead of being willing to be molded into God’s true image.

Let your Tests be used as an opportunity to share your Testimony

Let your Mess be turned into a Message for Jesus
