- Peacemaking requires work and it requires sacrifice.
- The cross is the great reminder of what it took for us to be reconciled to God. The resurrection is the great hope of what is to come and what is happening right now.

1. It frees us from fear to give us joy

- Jesus knew that no matter what happened, He could have peace because God was with Him.

3. It moves us from disbelief to belief
True belief will always result in declaring Jesus as Lord.
