We Need CHRISTMAS
In the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth,
Luke 1:26
to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David. And the virgin's name was Mary.
Luke 1:27
And he came to her and said, “Greetings, O favored one, the Lord is with you!”
Luke 1:28
But she was greatly troubled at the saying, and tried to discern what sort of greeting this might be.
Luke 1:29
And the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.”
Luke 1:30

We Need GRACE
God’s message to Mary and us is
compassion not condemnation.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
John 3:16-17
And there appeared to him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of incense. And Zechariah was troubled when he saw him, and fear fell upon him. But the angel of said to him, “Do not be afraid, Zechariah.”

We Need THE KING
And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus.
Luke 1:31
He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. And the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David,

and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end.

God’s Promised King

CityRise and the One Heart Women's Ministry are partnering to build a clinic in the remote mountain village of Ololabwak, Kenya. This community is two hours on foot from the nearest medical facility, and there are hundreds of women beyond the village who travel much further to receive medical care, making prenatal and maternity care very challenging.
