Discussion Questions - Re-read our passage from this week (Ephesians 2:1-10) and then with your Growth Group, family, friends, etc. thoughtfully answer the following:

1. How much of your Christian experience has been “behavior modification?” In other words, seeing your relationship with Christ being about becoming a better version of yourself, rather than a new creation?

2. What are some things in your life that you used to do, but since you followed Jesus are no longer regular occurrences?

3. How does Jesus get glory from this change?

4. How is baptism a crucial part of a person’s new identity in Christ?

5. Have you been baptized? If not, what has kept you from this?

6. If your life is a canvas and God is the artist working all things for His glory, what dark or painful seasons of life are now providing beautiful contrast for His work now?

7. What is your next step in following Jesus after this study?
