Christ the King Sunday (or Reign of Christ Sunday) is the final Sunday in the Christian year. It is the day we remember that Jesus is Lord of lords, and King of kings. That his reign has been set up and will culminate with his return. And it reminds the church of our role and authority and power in his kingdom.
Because Jesus is the visible image of the invisible God and because all things are a result of him, for the glory of him, and will culminate in him…therefore we are able to be:
1. Strong in proclaiming boldly the gospel message,.
2. Endure anything this life has for us.
3 Joyful with thanksgiving for the victory is assured and eternity is secure.
