1) Each day come up with 3 things you are grateful for and add them to a list. At the end of the week reflect and look for themes in your gratitude.

2) Spend time this week considering how all that is good in life is a gift from God. How can you use these gifts to affect your community?
3) Take the time this week to contact someone in your life and tell them that you are grateful for them.
