"We Believe, We Practice, We Remember" - Hutt Hutson
Each week when we gather to worship, we partake in the Lord’s Supper. We partake of the bread - representing Christ’s body. We drink the juice - representing His blood. We sit together for a few moments of quiet reflection. Some people may continue in prayer during this time. Some may open their Bibles and read a passage. Others may have a focused thought that they try and dwell on each week. And then there’s the rest of us… maybe we don’t really focus on anything at all. Maybe we don’t know the “why” of communion, the belief that leads us to this practice.
Back to the Beginning - The Passover (Exodus 11 & 12)
-The Lord institutes the Passover meal the night _________ the ________________ from Egypt.

We believe and we practice by joining together each Sunday to partake of his body and blood. “For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes.” - 1 Cor. 11:26
