Ephesians 4:29-32
1. Our forgiveness of others is based on God’s forgiveness of us.
Series Key Truth – Replacing offense, anger and vengeance with patience, forgiveness and love will free us and radically change the current climate in the world.
Key Truth – God wants us to practice a forgiveness that facilitates restoration.
Series Key Verse - Proverbs 19:11 - A person’s wisdom yields patience; it is to one’s glory to overlook an offense.
2. Our forgiveness is not a dismissal of the wrong, it's a recognition of the wrong.
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
3. Our forgiveness enables us to be in a restored relationship:
with God for sure.
