1. Do you find it easy (or do you like) being encouraged? Why, or why not?

2. Share with your lifegroup / with someone else about when you have most recently been encouraged in your faith. Share how it made you feel and how it has changed your actions.

3. How do you like to be encouraged (what affirms you).

4. Pray and ask God for someone that you can intentionally encourage this week. How can you "add salt" to them in a way that will bring out their sweetness?
