IIIIIt's back and even better than before! Our Chili Boat Fundraiser is here and all the proceeds go to sending our students to Winter Camp! After each service stop by the Youth Tables and pick up some delicious chili poured over your choice of Fritos, Takis, or Doritos. Or, just get an amazing home made bowl of chili with all the toppings. Complete your meal with a drink all for the amazing price of $8.00! Tums sold separately.

Night of Worship and Prayer
Throughout this Prayer series, we are eager to see how our Element community is moved and shaped by engaging with prayer in a deeper way. We want to invite you into a space where we can intentionally gather to commune with God and worship His greatness together. The service will include various components and interactive ways of reflecting on God’s attributes and goodness. Please join us as we are reminded of how great our God is, and maybe even share how He has been working in your heart throughout this series. <br><br>Childcare available for ages birth-preschool ONLY WITH SIGN UP; children to be included in first half hour of service. Elementary aged students are invited to stay through the entire service. People can come late/leave early if needed.

Week Four: Real Prayer
Some people pray and are constantly wondering if God hears them. If and when we do pray, we usually expect God to interact with us in a way that we find acceptable. When He doesn't, we may think there is something wrong with the relationship or with God Himself. We are told that God is like a Father, which is wonderful, but some people view that relationship as one where God must always give us the answers we are seeking. Prayer, for some people, simply becomes a way to avoid the anxiety and responsibility of making a choice. As a Father, God knows that there are many times we will grow more when we have to think about what truly glorifies Him, asking others for wise counsel, and choosing to take responsibility. As a good parent, God is wise and will make sure that His children learn to choose the correct course, because there is no other way to grow character.
